We bought a couch from Rochester (Atterbury) - great service from Frank. Then, when we received the couch, they delivered a broken couch. Sent it back and... we are still waiting. We don't get feedback. We've been waiting more than 3 weeks. Everybody promises you they will phone you back. I will NEVER buy anything from them again!!!
