Appalling service

I purchased a couch in July, on delivery the couch had holes and scratches. After two weeks of complaining and running around in circles, Rochester promised to deliver a new one in 2 - 4 weeks. About 7 weeks later another damaged couch was delivered, I took a portion of it which was fine. It will probably take knows how long to replace this couch. This is unacceptable, I do not know what do any more. How can they send a damaged couch twice? Their products are expensive but the service is totally not as such. Clients are taken for granted.
