I bought a Bentley corner unit from Rochester in June. After struggling 10 weeks to get it delivered, I only got to unwrap it this past weekend when I could move into my new house. I was very disappointed to find that the one panel was loose or not properly secured. After numerous phonecalls to Rochester, Parkview and personally going in to fill out warranty form, still no-one gas contacted me to come and fix my couch or even follow up. This is unacceptable. This is a R50000 couch that I complained about on Hellopeter before just to get it delivered and now it is broken and they do not follow up on the warranty! Very disappointed and for sure the last time I buy anything from Rochester.
