This is the second complaint that I'm making to Rochester and I will keep on doing it untill my issue is resolved. My couch is still damaged and I still have no communication from Rochester, all they do is to respond to this site and do nothing afterwards. I'm considering going to the shop and drop off the couch in their door step. I will never buy anything else from them. I dont know how people like Darian Simmonds got promoted to be manager in the first place. He does not seem to care anymore as long he got his commission. I've paid my hard earned money in cash with no hussles and received damaged goods afterwards. They keep on playing blame shifting game with me. I will sue this company.
