EDGARS NOT RESPONDING TO INQUIRY EMAILS

I have a Club Life card that I no longer wish to have. So I went onto the Edgars website and I searched through everything to try and find some sort of cancellation process or 'how to' and I couldn't find anything, so I went to the inquiry section to send an email from their automated email service to find out if they would give me the process I must go through.

After waiting 2 days - I heard nothing. But I always give them the benefit of the doubt (even though I was angry about their lack of help with my statements)... I have now waited 2 weeks and I still have not heard back from them!
