CLAIM FORMS NOT SUBMITTED BY STORE

ON 3 MAY 2013 I SUBMITTED CLAIMS COZ MY FATHER PASSED AWAY ON 23 APRIL AND HAD AN ACC WITH EDGARS. I TRIED FINDING OUT BOUT THE CLAIMS BOUT BUT COULD'NT GET ANY HELP. YESTERDAY I CALLED AROUND AND EVENTUALLY I GOT TO THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT WHERE THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY NEVER RECEIVED A FUNERAL CLAIM ONLY THE ACC PROTECTION PLAN WHICH WAS ALREADY SETTLED ON MONDAY 13 MAY 13. I SPOKE TO A GUY BY THE NAME OF LOVO AT METROPOLITAN WHO REQUESTED THAT I RESEND THE FORMS FOR THE FUNERAL CLAIM. I DID SO AND TRIED CALLING BACK TO FIND OUT IF THE GOT MY EMAIL AND FAX AND CANT REACH ANY CONSULTANT. I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF YOU CAN FIND OUT IF THEY GOT MY DOCSAND HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR THEM TO PROCESS THE CLAIM COZ I'VE ALREADY WAITED FOR 2 WEEKS CAN'T WAIT ANY LONGER.THE CONTACT NR FOR THE CLAIMS DEPT IS 0800 22 23 93, FAX (021) 940 6865 AND EMAIL [Email Removed]
