I have been a loyal customer for many years now and I am 2 months away of paying of my furniture account. I phoned the and Call centre to query my account balance and I spoke to Vuli. He was not very helpful and very rude. He did not help me as the customer in any way and he didnt handle my query very well.
I asked for a account balance of what I still owe JD and he told me there arent any resources to provide me with an account balance? How in heavens name does a of a large company not have computers, fax machines or email addresses? This is completely unacceptable. I have never heard od this in my life!
What makes me even more upset is that Ive been such a loyal customer for all these years and not once have JD phoned me to say that Ive won a account clearance or rewarded me in some or other way. Ive never been late with payment and ive paid 4 months in advance at one stage. Its sad that as a loyal customer, I havent once ben rewarded. Ill definately be sure to close my account once Im done. Shocking service!
