On friday i called the Edgars club line to report a block drain, they send out 24Fix that could not do the job as they do not have the correct machine, so they informed me that they will report back and get Edgars to contact me to arrange for somebody later in the day. Well it is Monday 9 Dec and still Edgars has not followed up or contacted me again. Eventually i spoke to somebody (after making numerous calls and logging a new case with Edgars) at the Club line and she informed me that Edgars does not cover the root block drain service after i was made believed and my mother was made believed this morning that the problem will be fixed by Edgars. This is pathetic and a waste of my time, now i have to find a plumber in the afternoon to fix the problem and will probably cost me a lot more!!!
