ON THE 14/11/13 I WAS BEING ASSISTED BY G.VISSER REGARDS MY SCRIPT AND A CONSULTANT FROM GEMS MEDICAL AID WANTED TO EXPLAIN SOMETHING TO HIM AND HE SAID SHE MUST EXPLAIN TO PW BUYS (MANAGER), HE DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT PW BUYS BEING BUSY WHILE I WAS WAITING HE LEFT ME WITHOUT EXCUSING HIMSELF AND ASSISTED A WHITE COUPLE THAT WAS BEHIND ME, I THEN ASKED HIM WHY DOES HE GO AND ASSIST SOME ELSE WHILE STILL BUSY WITH ME WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING, HE KEPT QUIET AS IF I DO NOT EXIST, I ASKED IF THERE ARE CUSTOMERS WHO ARE BETTER THAN OTHERS OR WAS IT ABOUT COLOUR COS AS FAR AS I AM CONSEND ONE NEED TO FINISH ASSISTING THE CLIENT FIRST OR REQUEST TO ASSIST CLIENT IF THE MANAGER STILL BUSY, I REQUESTE TO SEE THE MANAGER PW.BUYS AND I EXPLAINED TO HIM HE HAD AN ATTITUDE AS WELL AND HE DID NOT SAY ANY THING INSTEAD HE WAS HE SAID I CAN ONLY BE GIVEN THE NUBULISER ONCE GEMS HAS PAID SO THER IS NOTHING THAT HE CAN ASSIST ME WITH EVN THOUGH I SHOEW HI A PROOF THAT IGOT AN SMS FROM GEMS THAT IT WAS GOING TO BE PAID ON THE 15/11/2013. I LEFT AND I WENT AGAIN ON 22/11/2013, I WAS ASSITED BY ANNALIE MEYER WHO WAS REALLY HELPFUL DESIPITE PW. BUYS' ATTITUDE AGAIN COS SHE HAD TO CONSULT WITH HIM
