I was at makro yesterday, when I came to the till things went well until I needed to pay the printer jammed and they couldn't give me a slip I waited 20min and still nothing eventually a manager came to the till and asked what seems to be the problem I explained and he just walked off.
he couldn't even apoligise to me for waiting or tell me he will sort it.
really bad attitude and service
