POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS BY GEMS EMPLOYEES

I called the GEMS customer care line with regards to the claims that was not paid and Lebogang Itumeleng, the call centRE agent gave me the bad attitude. he basically told me that he is in capetown and i should go seek help elsewhere. my question then is what is the purpose of the call centre then.

GEMS has not paid a claim that was made by the doctor who was attending my baby at the time of birth. All other doctors who were assisting me in labour have been paid execpt for this doctor and THEY DID NOT EVEN EXPLAIN THIER REASONS FOR NOT PAYING HIM!

LEBOGANG ITUMELENG YOU ARE IN A CALL CENTRE FOR HEAVEN SAKE PLEASE GET YOUR ATTITUDE IN ORDER. GEMS please pay me what is due to me
