My dentist submitted my account to GEMS on 28 February 2013. GEMS did not settle the account by 15 May 2013. I was notified by my dentist to pay the amount. I then emailed and faxed to GEMS the account but did not receive any notification of acceptance of claim. On 20 June 2013 GEMS still have not paid the account. I then phoned GEMS and they said the claim was not received. This is worse than bad service, actually no service at all.
