Monthly Admin Fee Charged on Inactive Account

My account was paid up months ago. They kept charging me a monthly admin fee, and then finance charges on that. This small balance was eventually written off, but now my credit record shows I was in arrears by five months. The credit report showed my account was paid up to date after the balance had been written off. I phoned the ITC a few days after a dispute with a different supplier to check whether they had fixed the problem from their side. On this second report, which was created three working days after the first, it now showed on my current status that my account with Incredible Connection was now two months in arrears. You are charged an admin fee on an inactive account, and your account status goes from clear to two months in arrears in three working days.
