I think it is shocking that Woolworths advertises 3 for the price of 2 policy and we are drawn to this concept. Once home and you check your slip you realise you were actually charged for 3 items. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me and on querying this tonight I was told they will refund the R5.95 to me but they have to swipe my cheque card to credit me - are they for real? I left Woolworths not believing what I just heard. How many other customers are being crooked in this way?
