What's with Truworths? I've got major credit with them and pay every month but if my account payment is a few days' late they sic their staff on me with belligerent attitudes demanding to know when and where I'm going to pay. Then to top it all, after I've paid, they send a rude letter saying that "You have not kept your promise to pay your account". Believe me, there are plenty of other places to buy clothes and one would think they would try and keep their existing customers content. My chopped-up account card has been mailed straight back to them!
