I went on holiday and came back on the 5th of January 2013. I then went directly to Truworths The Grove (Pretoria) to pay my account.

No mention of a late payment/ outstanding account nothing.

On the 11th January 2013 I then out of the blue received a sms from Truworths that my account is overdue I must pay R1520. I then went to Centurion Mall Truworths to inquire about this sms. I told the lady that I paid my account on the 5th of January 2013 when I got back from holidays and no one mentioned that my account is over due, how can they sent me a sms a week after I paid my account to pay again bacause my account is overdue?

I always pay my account after the 25th of each month and this was the first time that I pay on the 5th because I was out of the City on holiday. Now they tell me its a late payment? How can they after I pay my account then sent me a sms to say it is overdue? This is unexceptable and I will be closing my account with Truworths because of this.
