I purchased several items including a bulk pack of Porterhouse Steak from Foodlovers in Stoneridge Mall on 1st of November 2013. Saturday evening myself and friends had a braai, when my son cut his steak he found a hair, he still teased me and then when he found another one he literally pulled it out of the inside of the steak!!! 4 hairs in total! It put all of us off our steak. I wrote a letter and complained to Foodlovers and I also included a copy of my till slip to show what I had purchased. I received a message saying that I would be contacted. Till today there has been no contact from FoodLovers Stoneridge and I think it is shocking that they have no regard for doing anything.
I will not be supporting them anymore
