I bought a samsung galaxy pocket plus phone from Truworths in Hatfield over a month ago. When i started using the phone, it lost signal and i could not recieve or make calls or do anything with the phone. I took it back to the store, they sent it to MTN for repairs, it came back after a week. When i used it, it still had the same problem no network/signal. I took it back again, they assured me it would be fixed properly this time. I got it back three days ago and it still has the same problem I CAN NOT use the phone yet i paid cash for it and now they tell me their policies dont allow them to take the phone back even thought they acknowledged the phone had a technical problem it was not my fault. I AM DISGUSTED at TRUWORTHS and MTN!!! POOR SERVICE!
