Living in the dark ages

I don't know if it's just me but pep store in capricorn Muizenberg have no clue about keeping there custormers
happy, there are lots of staff who can man the tills but they normally only have one assistent on the till no matter
how long the queue is, this morning there was a long queue but the manager has no idea that the customer
comes first, she had two till operators cleaning widows outside and only one lady on the till. This sort of thing has been going on for a long time now, it's as if there is no training for staff about customer care. I will still shop
at Pep because there airtime is the cheapest and linen great value but gee wizz it is ridiculous the way you have to wait at the tills just for some airtime when the staff all look like they in there own world similar to the
service you get at government organisations they simply are managed by lousy managers by the look of things.
