The wait in a queue is unacceptable, when there is probably about seven available tills and only one is operating. And this is when there is enough staff behind the counter who can obviously see that there is quite a queue of about 15 people, all waiting to pay for their items. Then when one asks what is going and asks for a manager, but you just get a stupid look back.
I can understand that at times it gets busy and one has to wait for service. But when there is obviously enough staff and cash registers then it is totally unacceptable.
The wait was so bad, that after I took my fiance's little boy to the toilet for a nr 2, only customers paid in that time for their goods. Needless to say, we left the hoods there on the counyer and just walked out.
