Went to purchase a few things during lunch time, only 3 till operators on the one side where i was standing and queues ridiculously long on both sides of the shop. No manager present to apologise for the for the long wait or getting other tills to open up, only after i complained one cashier was sent to open up. Its always always like that, when are we going to get the service a customer deserves. Also got home checked my slip to find they overcharged me for a particular item once again not the first time. When will the queues be managed better and price scanning at tills be correct.
