Woolworths consistently disgusting service

My husband and I are regular shoppers at Woolworths Cambridge Crossing in Paulshof Johannesburg, and there has almost never been a time that either of us have been into this shop and had the pleasure of seeing every till manned. Both my husband and I have complained consistently to the supervisor on duty and or the manager named Joe. The queue at this Woolworths is never only as long as the demarcated queue line, but instead wraps around to the freezers or through the veggie section to the dairy section. This evening, yet again, I arrive at this particular Woolworths at 17:45 and there are 3 out of the 6 tills manned. Only when the staff saw me taking photographs of the manned/unmanned tills as well as the queue, did staff suddenly appear and 5 of the 6 tills became operational. Naturally 1 of the tills is, as always, only able to take cards and not cash. I am told that they are not able to have a "full bank" of tills operational after 18:00. Today I arrived at 17:45, previously have arrived at 17:15 and 17:30. My husband sometimes gets there at 16:30! While 5 tills were working, the supervisor was packing and two more staff were peeping through the swing doors!
