Edgars Rustenburg, does not have enough staff to assist, whether on the floor or at the tills. At any given time, weekends, Xmas, Easter whenever there"s only 2 ladies at the tillpoints. You will stand for easy half an hour and wait for a till, yet many staff walk in and out behind the tills talking to the 2 ladies that does work on the tills. It is unexceptable. One can never ask for assistance as you don't want to take one of the ladies of the tills. As a customer of Edgars for 20 odd years, it is shocking that the service has gone backwards. 15 years ago each cosmetic house had there own ladies to assist, they had constant training on the products, but at Rustenburg, I've seen one lady, which is never near the cosmetic houses, or she is on the till, or having a long conversation with someone (and not about any products). I try not to support Edgars Rustenburg.
