I purchased a toothbrush this past Saturday. On arrival at the till I noticed that the price indicated on the shelf vs. the price on the item was different. I told the tiller that I saw a different price. She concurs and call the frontline supervisor. This woman then tells me I should have checked the barcode... I then told her that is not my responsibility they should do their work properly. She then fetches Pick n Pay's rule book to show me what their t&c's of pricing. Once again if you do your work properly and put the correct prices on the shelf and do your work we wouldnt have this problem! I then told her I would phone Pick and Pay head offices about her attitude and I would take the item as she was talking louder than I was. She replies GO AHEAD, to taunt me!! This is the 2nd time in 15 days I have complaining, Really? Please get your act right!!!
