Please can someone assist me

This issue started on 13/04/2013 and hit a barricade 13 emails from me to her later and ended on 2013-05-29, In all this time I only ever had 3 replies from her on 22/04, 07/05 and 27/05. yet she read my emails

On Wednesday I resorted to try do what took her over a month not to do all by myself... I called.

I am trying to ascertain if you have archive copies of past HP purchases. I had 2 hp purchases 1 was for a whirlpool dishwasher and other a lounge suite.

I was advised that your system has been upgraded but that accounts could assist.. i called 010 211 1120..first person I understand.. 2nd person... 3rd person.. then I gave up.

Tried again yesterday.. at the 4th person I was advised that I was almost there and that this 5th person had access to the old system... by now I'd given up asking names...

Firstly NO 5 was so grumpy i actually apologised for being friendly and explained my request.. he said hold... and then i got through to a " this number does not exist" without the option to return where you came from..

hence i am here now..

are you able to pse assist me. I require this copy to prove ownership in a horrid divorce..
