7Apr 2013 there was a special on a Sinotec 39' tv with a free Sinotec 2.0 dvd player When I got to the store they were out of stock I was given a rain cheque n was told I will get a call the following week That didn't happen. I then called 2weeks later to ask if they had received the tv, still had no stock the person I spoke to took my details and advised that they will contact me as soon as they receive stock. Week4 I made a follow up call was again advised there was no stock The person I spoke to was a different person but also took down my details and said they will call me back was also advised that with the Rain Cheque I was given they keep record of the customers on it and they will call me and I will get the tv I asked if i was a guaranteed n they said i was I stopped calling for a while as it was becoming an expense for me with the long hold time I called again 12jun was advised otherwise this time was told that they dnt make follow up calls n that the onus is on me to follow up I explained that I have been following up on this however the person didn't want to hear it n ended my call Im extremely disappointed with this n how a reputable company can render diabolical servic
