Goods not received after a week of paying for it

I went to The Beares Store at Festival Mall to purchase a lounge suite which they had on special which was ending on that day. We purchased the lounge suite, paying R16400 in cash. We were advised that due to the special there was a shortage in stock but we would receive it by Wednesday. On Friday the incorrect colour was delivered, without the leather guard (which was promised). After calling the sales person we were advised that they will deliver the correct on the same day and they didn't. On Saturday morning the incorrect suite was collected but they did not bring a replacement. I called the store and was advised that the sales person was on leave and I could not be provided with a cell number. I was promised a call back which still has not materialised. The lady who I spoke to said that she was not able to tell me as to when I will receive the lounge suite due to more stock shortages. I saw on the Beares website that this "special" has been extended until August, WHY??? considering theres no stock and not to mention no service
