I was the victim of ID and I sent all the documents, certified affidavit, ID proof of residence, SAP case number, Letter from South African Prevention Services & letter from Truworths (1 of 3 companies) confirming that a person opened an account with them, . One month later and there is a response to my previous complaint on hello peter to say they cannot get hold of me via my cell phone and that they need documents from SAP to confirm that I have indeed opened a SAP case? I even gave the telephone number of the SAP in Table View as well as the person handling my case? I have requested on numerous e-mails to please assist me with documents of the person who opened the account to assist the police. BUT to no avail. The system seems to protect criminals, while I have to request over and over to supply me with the document or ID used by this person. I have my ID with me, it was never physically lost or. These accounts was opened in Nylstroom and Middelburg. I have never been to any of these places. I STAY IN CAPE TOWN. AND can produce a turnstile log in and log out from my company for these days the accounts was opened hours away from CAPE TOWN.
