Hi. I have made numerous request to Vodacom for assistance regarding blocking numbers from calling/texting me. I have an iphone so I cannot do it on my handset. You dont respond to my facebook msgs or tweets, so I phoned into customer care yesterday - 4 times. the first time I got cut off, the 2nd time I spoke to lady called Glenda who asked me to hold and then cut me off. 3rd time I spoke to a lady called Chanel who told me there is an application I can download called VodacomGuardian and when I tried too it didn't exist. 4th person I spoke to then told me the application the person suggested I use is not even live yet and then she told me to hold on she needs to ask someone else for assistance - 15 min later I ended the call because its ridiculous that I have to hold for so long just to get assistance! My problem is there is a person who is harassing me and is CONSTANTLY calling, texting and sending please call me's from 4 different numbers. I do not know this person, I have asked this person to stop numerous times but to no avail. Please can you assist me wrt this issue. Can vodacom block numbers? and if not, please advise what I can do to get this person to stop harassing me
