On 20/9/2013 I had an accident and put in a claim when I advised that the person that was involved in my accident had no insurance and had to claim from mine. I was asked all his details and was promised that he would be called to assist.
On numerous occasions this other person called me to advise that no one has contacted him, and each time I called my insurance and was promised he would be contacted immediately. I spoke to not less than 3 staff members on these occasions. Unfortunately I did not take down their names as I was promised the problem will be sorted out and I must not worry about it.
Well today is 13/11/2013 and the other party called me twice today already and not one person have up to now called him.
I was also advised that he would have to call the insurance and put in a claim, but I should not stress as they promised to call him.
