TOO MANY COMPLAINTS TO NAME ONLY ONE!!!

I got a call from Homemark on the 15th March, offering me a fantastic deal for the Polaroid Tablet. Firstly she could not tell me the capacity of the tablet. Once I checked the web, I saw that there was 2 different sizes, then the trouble started to try and get hold of someone, needless to say that every time you are lucky to get through get another person to speak to. I have spoken to 7 people to date. I immediately cancelled the order via email, because you battle to get through to sales (011 430 6000), or for that matter customer services (011 430 6005) I send 3 emails and only get a system reply that a consultant will contact you. Yeah right!!! But they immediately deduct the money from your credit card. Well I called again this afternoon yet another person to speak to, because the previous person does not exist. Again the details taken and they will come back to you or yet another consultant. Unfortunately I realised by reading all the reports that the replies are yet just another system reply. Where is the so called Mr Michael who was supposed to contact me. Can we please have a street address to go there and claim our money back. IS THERE ANYONE THAT CAN ASSIST US!
