Disappointed in Edgars Witbank paypoint service an

Standing in a que where only one till is open of the 7 that is available. Customers called and asked for another till to be opened and the response was shockingly slow. Not the first time this has happened. The que got longer and of the 7 tills only 2 were now open. Strategy for efficiency needs to be revised. Disappointed.
