Impossible to pay

Hi,

This is my second time to leave Edgars store without the goods I intented to buy, as it is impossible to pay without waiting at least 15-20 minutes at the tills.
Store is empty on week days yet if you want to pay be prepared for the long wait as there is usually one or two tills open, with lazy and slow staff.
Today, Sunday, the store was busy but still there were only two tills open on the entire floor. Line of about ten people never seemed to move, as the staff performed each sale in slow motion. I tried paying at MAC counter only to be told that the lady with the till keys was at lunch!

I hate shopping at Edgars and will not go there again.
