Ad service and incompetent staff

Ought a hard drive buy game it broke i took it back they took my slip and hard drive and two weeks later they call to say i must get a new hard drive now the hard drive gives me problems i took it back i just had to give the sticker they gave me the last time cause they took my slip now they say there is a fault but i don't have a slip i don't have a slip cause they have the slip now i look incompetents and I'm not i got a gift card in January so i went yesterday to find out when it expired they cant tell me i don't know when the person bought the gift card so ill like to know when it expired nobody can help me i waisted 2 lunch hours at Game in Cape Town CBD i need my hard drive whole as well for the big days
