One till open over end of the month

I visited the Jet in Highland Mews over end of the month. It will surely be the last time.
Only one till was open & the que was very long. I waited 20min to pay for my 3 items. This is shocking service! When I eventually got to the till, I was not greeted with a smile or even a "good day".

Surely the manager of the store should see how many customers are in line & open tills accordingly.

Very dissapointed, I will not be visiting that store again.
