Joshua Doore changed there system and tell me that no payment have been made since July and my account has gone to pre legal . i have taken my payment slips in for those months and they have noted it on the system . when asked about the interset and the phone calls being made to me by pre legal i was told i am still liable to pay, which i not far it is a error on there account no body has been able to assist me correctly in this manner, i have been in store to fix this out the lady would not give me a chance to speak and kept interrupting me pointing fingers at me and was very rude she was not willing to help.

since i opened my account i have had problems with is according to them i live in Sea Point which i do not i work in Sea Point, receiving statements as a even bigger issue. i have had endless problems with this account i have only started to receive my statements now again for the last three months in two years i have had a total of 6 statements i am fed up of the lack of service.

i have been nothing but unsatisfied with them and they have caused such inconvenience and they can not answer for it, they are not will to compensate a person for all the inconvenience.
