My sister has an account with Joshua Door Vereeniging. Her last payment date is on the 1.12.13 for an amount of - R426.
She has been asking the store for an settlement amount for the last 2 month know, and the settlement amount they are giving her is -R2500. Which is not possible as the last payment is due on the 1.12.13.
On Saturday her husband went to the store once again to found out if they have feedback on her query and the they (The FM) told him that they went over to a new system and that she must show her proof of payment for the last 2 years. Please keep in mind that her payment went off via debit order. To obtain proof of her bank statements for the last 2 years would cost her over a R1000.
Firstly it is not the customer's problem if the store went over to a new system.
I've mailed a query to the financial services query dept yesterday and have not hear anything as yet.
