Over this festive season there was no time for going into the branch to make a payment, I saw on my statements a alternative pay point and that at Absa bank to use your account number that you have at Joshua doore as a reference.the payment was made on the 24 December and ever since I'm getting phone calls from they call centre saying that my account is in errears.never missing a payment I ask the one who phoned me that why is it that they have this alternative pay points if they don't pick up my payment.she ask that I have to go into the branch to sort out my payment query as if I don't have a job to do and hang the phone in my ear.today recieved a call again and the same story.they keep on telling you that the call is being recorded but do they ever listen to that and understands what you trying to explain.why do I have to go into a branch to sort out my payment if the money is in they account.
