We bought a loungsuite in may 2013 we had problems reported it and they took the faulty one and give us another one that had also problems so we went to the branch and the manager spoke to the headoffice and made a arrangement for us to get another loungesuite and that the money we already paid on account will be taken of the amount on new loungesuite
We then paid in the outstanding amout of 2500 .The loungesuite was sold to us for 6500 and the amount we payed of was 4000 so it means that the account was settle and we dont owen joshua doore but they still sent us statements and say we still outstandig a amout of 5322.29 between the branch and headoffice they must sort this out
