Joshua Doore's Credit department is a joke. I missed ONE payment and they were about to flag me as habitually deliquent with the Credit Bureau's. So I thought I would settle the account. I went to Joshua Doore in Somerset West to settle the account on the 7th of this month.
Unfortunately the payment did not go through as the "system was down". So I called Kuils River branch where the account originated and asked for their banking details so I could make an Internet EFT. I was told to use my ID number as a reference. I did all of that. I emailed proof to [Email Removed] .
Today I get a SMS that I still owe money. I call the number on the SMS and speak to Primi. She asks that I fax her proof of payment. I do that. Primi never calls back. I call back again and left messages. Stil no Primi calls back. So whats the next step Joshua Doore?
