I don't understand what the point is of having a page on your website for customer queries & a twitter account to deal with these, when you DON"T provide feedback on the queries logged by customers! I logged my query on 24 October & am still awaiting the response. This is certainly not considered a reasonable time in which to provide feedback & after tweeting about it I got more of the same response. You state that "the management team will get back to you shortly" Is shortly a period of 3 weeks?
