What is the point of actually complaing abour service on Hellopeter, when all that you get is a Automated, genreal response.
I have logged a couple of complaints in the last few weeks. But All i receive is the service provide responding with "thank you for letting us know, we will get back to you shortly"
At the end of the day it looks as if the company has assisted you. But they havn`t.
Hellopeter should not allow Generalized responses. each response should be unique on the matter on hand.
