WEBSITE Queries receive no response

On two occasions in Feb 2013 and a few weeks later I logged enquiries on the Woolworths website regarding a specific product - as soon as the query was logged I got a response saying I would receive a response within not sure whether it was 24 or 48 hours but now 7 months later I am still waiting.

Not sure whether they value me as a customer???
