This seems to be the only way that i can ever get any response from Multichoice.
I have had complaints before relating to unfair charges which were resolved to my dissatisfaction.
My current complaint is:
the self service page gives you the ability to send a request to discontinue your decoder insurance. Upon sending the request you get an email telling that you will be contacted shortly. This was on the 14th September and i'm still waiting today. No call, no follow up mail... nothing.
They certainly want be make sure that i at least pay an extra month of the premium before they discontinue.
This is very irritating!!!
