Still no feedback what so ever from ABSA!!! Last week they responded to my hellopeter complaint and said they will provide feedback "shortly".
Absa - what is your definition of shortly???

It is absolutely pathetic service - as my initial query will now be outstanding for 3 months on Thursday, 7.3.13
