No delivery and bad customer service!

I purchased the Gordon Ramsay pot set from Groupon on 18/01/2013. Groupon confirmed that delivery will be maximum four weeks. On 13/02/2013 I logged a call with Tammy (request #686240) as no delivery was forthcoming. She confirmed that they will escalate the query and that delivery will commence shortly. However after no response from the first call, I logged a second call on 21/02/13 and this time the response was "Once feedback is given we will revert back to you as soonest" If Groupon is unable to provide the goods in question, then just refund me and we will call it a day. But after reading the complaints posted here, I don't think that the latter will materialise. I would really just appreciate some sensible FEEDBACK as to when I will receive my order!!
