Today the 15th November I went shopping at my regular Pick and Pay and always check the bar-code matches up with the till value, I was informed by the manager of the store Waldo that the scan right guarantee has been discontinued, since when I have no idea? because 3 weeks ago I bought the same product shaving gel that was listed as R26.99 but the cashiers till rang it up as R35.99, well 3 weeks ago, the scan right policy was upheld and I received the item free and my R35.99 back in cash, today I got told that I would only be refunded back the difference of R9-00, after throwing my toys out the cot, I got told because I'm a loyal customer, I will get the item for free and my R35.99. I'd like to know if it this particular store that has stopped the scan right guarantee or should I just simply switch to Pick and Pay Mulbarton
