Disgusted in the service!

I saw a bathing costume in the November issue of FAIRLADY Magazine, I then called the Head Office for some assistance with indicating which branch would have the stock. I first made contact two weeks ago, I was given the product code and contact number for the branch that would have stock - Tygervalley. I then called the store hoping someone who speaks proper English would be able to assist me. I was told the store does not have stock even though it was scheduled to arrive in week 48. Someone took down my details and promised to call me with some feedback. Its a week later and I have still not heard back from anyone from the Head Office or the Tygervalley Store! Pathetic!

With a last attempt to call and follow up, my call was dropped three times at the general switchboard and with no one being able to assist.

This is actually a joke!
