I had a problem with my 60% duck down duvet inner which lost the loft on the inner blocks. Having bought the duvet more than 3 years ago, I was not sure if that is what it should be like, but I knew that it was supposed to be a quality product. Hence I decided to mail on their website and just check if this was normal?
They replied to me within minutes and within 3 days from my query, I took the duvet inner to the K90 Boksburg branch, where the branch manager sorted the problem and replaced my duvet immediately. I didn't expect an immediate replacement, thought they would send it to PE first for inspection.
I must say, in this 3rd world country we live in with the poor level of service that South Africa is known for, I was impressed beyond words about the professionalism and efficiency in which my problem has been dealt with!
