WOW - Such good service - 1 of a kind

Hi there

Please pass my Thanks to Mantshadi for the great service she provide me with on the 13th November 2013.

I placed an order online for a shower, she called me back and after she checked all the stores in JHB for stock managed to find one for me,

By the time i made payment although i did it fast the item had been sold, she called me back and promised to get back to me, she again checked all the stores but called me back and told me that there is no stock she also told me how bad she felt for me loosing the item etc,

i asked for a refund which she said she will sort out,

But then on my way home she called me back and told me she did everything she could and managed to pull strings and finally get me one Shower and near my house to. i was really excited about this as i myself had called all the stores and no one had stock.

How she managed to pull this off beats me and i take my hat off to her for such great service,

CTM hope you treat her well, she is a valuable asset in your company, and its really rare to find this level of service these days,
